Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026

Clipyzy is provided by @meme_shorts_191 as an individual creator, not an incorporated company, unless stated otherwise here: Clipyzy is run by Devesh Puri Goswami as an individual creator, not a registered company.

1. What Clipyzy is

Clipyzy is a service that splits one long landscape video into multiple shorter vertical or square clips for platforms like Reels, Shorts and TikTok. Access is by licence key rather than an account.

2. Acceptable use

You may only upload video you own or otherwise have the rights to process and redistribute. You are solely responsible for the content of anything you upload and for how the resulting clips are used. We may refuse service or revoke a key for uploads that infringe someone else's rights or break the law.

3. Keys, not accounts

A key is a licence to use the service for a set number of splits (or unlimited) until its expiry date. A key is non-transferable and works on up to 3 devices at a time; using it beyond that or sharing it outside your own devices may cause a device to be removed or the key to stop working.

4. Uploads and clips

The source video you upload is deleted from our servers as soon as the split finishes. Finished clips are kept for 2 days and then permanently deleted — you are responsible for downloading them before then. Uploads are subject to a per-key rolling 30-day allowance and a maximum size per video; current limits are shown on the pricing page.

5. No payment processing yet

Clipyzy does not currently take payment online. Keys are issued after being arranged directly with us; see Get a key.

6. Limitation of liability

Clipyzy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for clips lost to the 2-day deletion window, for content you upload without the necessary rights, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by Maharashtra, India law.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of a key after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
